Tatler CSP case study

 1) Look at the Tatler Media Pack. Go to page 2: how does the editor introduce the magazine? the editor talk about the tatler magazine as TATLER IS A FABULOUSLY TARGETED, SENSATIONALLY  ACCURATE RIFLE SHOT TO THE  VERY RICHEST READERS


2) Now go to page 4 of the Media Pack. Focus on the print magazine (NOT tatler.com - the website). List the key demographic details: age, gender %, ABC1 % (social class), HHI (Household Income), % of those living in London and the South East. What do these demographic details suggest about the average Tatler reader? 96% of tatler readers own designer fashion.81% of tatler reader owns designer shoes and accessories

71% agree it is important to keep looking young. if so talter want to show beauty production to help stay young and by show beauty items it can help bring in people to by their   magazine and make them buy it to show the best of the best of beauty company items

1) What different examples of typography can you find on the cover of Tatler? What are the connotations of the serif and sans serif fonts?  

 the title use San serif and the rest of the front  page to help the the title standout more hoping to bring people to read the title and when you get close to the magazine most people will read the rest of the frond cover to read more and buying their magazine giving the company more money talter like to use serif to look proper and meet the target group of people who are the people looking for intelligent and for other people who are looking for people looking for the life being rich.


2) How do the cover lines appeal to the Tatler target audience? it appel to the tatler audience are old or adult who are intelligent and talter in a way shown with the font cover with rich people who can understand their people the way of their own life.  talter like to use serif to look proper and meet the target group of people who are the people looking for intelligent and for other people who are looking for people looking for the life being rich.

1) What celebrities, politicians or famous people are mentioned on the cover? Why do you think Tatler put them on the cover? They used an famous black person to help reach a audience where where if they didn't add an black people help the company reach more profits.

This shows the people who buy talter mangile.most of them believe they have a good scene of style of fashion and live in house worth million and drive in super-cars.

the different groups show that talter it a not only for rich white people and it open for everyone


4) Are there any stereotypes being reinforced or subverted? How?
