 1) What is independent cinema and how is it different to Hollywood blockbusters?

While blockbusters may only scratch the surface when it comes to addressing certain themes or issues, most indie films delve deeper in exploring various subject matters that many won't find in a film like Fast and Furious 9

I, Daniel Blake is an award-winning independent British Drama film. The main character, Daniel Blake, 59, who has worked as a joiner most of his life in the North East of England needs help from the State for the first time ever following an illness.

3) Who directed I, Daniel Blake and why is this important?

Ken Loach. It stars Dave Johns as Daniel Blake, a middle-aged man who is denied Employment and Support Allowance despite being declared unfit to work by his doctor.

they put the movie in the main area in a city for free so people can see it and buy for them self

i because yes because in the end of the day it a massive profit of 9 million so every profitable

the  company that work on black widow are Disney and marvel.

2) What is conglomerate ownership? The definition is in the notes above. If you can, explain how Black Widow links to conglomerate ownershipone company owns a controlling stake in several smaller companies, conducting business separately and independently.

3) Analyse the film trailer for Black Widow. What aspects of the trailer tell you this is a big-budget blockbuster movie?  one way you could tell is the CGI (computer-generated imagery) was very good and sets for the actors one more way is the people are famous and the company hopes their influence to watch the movie.

4) How was Black Widow promoted to an audience? List at least three different methods used by the film's marketing campaign.  one  way  that black widow was promoted thought you tube ad   another way is thought a social media one more is making a teaser .

The budget for black window was only $200 million and make 379 million but Disney spend  $100 on promoting it and only made a profit of 79 million dollar.  

6) Would you consider Black Widow a successful Hollywood blockbuster? Why?
 I believe not because it only make a 79 million profit.

The film industry in the UK is regulated by the British Board of Film Classification. The BBFC is responsible for classifying films that have a cinema and DVD release.

12A because 15 year old would think it a film for baby and noting action-pad
